1. Acceptance of Terms

11. Suspension & Termination

xz999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, regulatory requirements necessitate account closure, or continued operation of the account poses risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by xz999 for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, the balance will be returned via the user's registered payment method following verification.

12. Amendments
